its uses 1 less cpu OMG!! its amazing its need to be nerfed imeadiatly...anyway back to normal, i have found a few of those they are quite random not sure what purpose they serve other than novelty value

Haven't seen them since July. Then within a week I own 12 of them from L2 kill missions. I suppose it could have been civ shield boosters instead though.

No to be too picky but wouldn't they be better named Federation Mining Lasers as they're an issue of the Federation production line and not something given birth to by gallente women.

I actually have one too. It's hilarious, really. You see, I got it when the Navy sent some of us loyal citizens to go defend against a Gallente incursion. The Federation ships invaded Caldari space so that they could...mine asteroids.

I say too late because this cost me big time, this single mission took my Gallente standing from 8.36 to 7.15 - BIG OUCH. Going to take for ever to get that back up - LOL
