Oh wait, you just want to gank noobs trying to sneak through low-sec to shave off a bit of thier traveltime and no risk of having to fight pvp-ready players.

Step 1: Get some tanked BS that lock quite fast and do good damage.
Step 2: Find a well used lowsec gate. Sit on it.
Step 3: Kill anything that doesn't go through on instas. If you have a sizeable group of people and a good tank you should be able to tank the two sentries as long as you like.
Optional step 4: If people come to break you camp, either a) die or b) warp away.
Sniping is the same except you set up for fast lock/long range and sit at least 151km away from the gate.

1. buy a solopwnmobile(tm)
2. sit at gate
3. shoot things that move
kill haulers after jump before they warp: check
kill 75% all BS: check
kill most HACs: check
kill intys in one salvo: check
kill cruiser 2 salvos: check
kill 2 * BC before they can move 15km: check
ps: solopwnmobile = double sensor boosting single sensor amplifying 24km scrambling t2 precision cruise spamming raven (don't tell anyone I told you)
