1. Ore thieving
2. macro mining
3. lag
4. skill queueing
5. combat consentuality in any form
And that's just 5 of them 
Overused oneliners/discussion stoppers ?
risk v reward (there's more factors at play then these two)
chokepoint camps (there are hardly any of those left in Eve)
ebaying (if everyone ever accused of it would be guilty, there'd long been no more Eve)

Things that generally annoys me on these forums:
People who who try to "counter" a well put argument by claiming the opponent to be "alt". Especially stupid when this is done outside the Corporation Discussions forum.
People who think PvP only involves ship combat.
People who whine and threatens to quit, instead of mailing CCP and just cancel subsription.
And generally I dislike people who make assumptions of their opponent in a discussion whitout questioning to the validity of these assumptions.
