Since some people like ronin or arcticwolf find it so immensly funny to band together and just randomly fire on people:
Chaos is for testing and not for killing sprees - if you want to fight with someone ASK him before - not simply pick a target and open fire. Same goes for funny people in BB which jam people when they want to.
Ask, THEN fire. Noone likes to waste another 5-10 mins to refit their ship with the previous outfit they wanted to test.

I noticed. 
After I was finally complete with a new setup to test - undock, locked, killed by two RUS members (they were in FFCO at chaos though).
Now, what damn purpose does that serve? Since the lag wouldn't let me assemble a new ship, trying for 5 minutes, i logged off instead.

We actually have rules about this, although not everyone is aware of it. When using the test server for combat testing, you have to do so with mutual consent - anything else can hamper people in their personal testing, can hamper the bug hunters and CCP in any testing and is a form of abuse. Pod killing without consent is also prohibited.
If someone is breaking these rules, report them to any Bug Hunter who is active or email me if this is not possible. We will check it out and give warnings, and if those fail, we will take steps to prevent it.

we will probably implement a system of using corp standings to mark those who have been given warnings and those who are eventually kicked out of the corp if they continue to misbehave.
Anyone giving hangar access will then simply be required to check a character's info for the corp standing to see if they're not allowed back in, and we'll monitor who let anyone back in and gave access to the hangars again with a similar system of warning followed by removal of powers to grant access using the security information.
Among other things.
(I'll send a corpwide eve-mail about this before we do start doing this, if we do)

Why would anyone think CCP would give PvP carte blanche on the Chaos server? It's for testing out patches, updates and new ideas into the game, not a secondary server for people getting off on pk'ing to no end.

LOL, RUS can't do much ingame so they go to Chaos to hide from SA. They go on and blow up unsuspecting ppl to feel better about themselves. LOL

Indeed. I dont see many posts these days from Rus and thier fellows bragging about thier war against SA
Ask Bagir and Freewill(RUS) when he got torn apart, because:-
1) he was in SA space
2) He didnt keep an eye on local chat, despite he would of had at least 2 minutes warning an enemy force was in same system.
3) He sat there and ignored a Blackbird coming in on him(he was not afk)
4) Or his ship was so badly eqipped to escape danger in his arrogance, he sufferd the consequence.
Personally i think RUS want to keep the matter of the RUS/SA war very quiet and wish it to go away

Actually, isnt there a couple of stations on Chaos? I have seen two "player" built stations at least in the main system. Maybe I am wrong.

lame RUS upto there lame tactics again.
they cannot log onto the tranq server atm cause we are out hunting them, so they decided to go onto the chaos server and kill people who are trying to help find bugs.

Well...last night was indeed fun ;]
Group of Ronin, Articwolf, Leshiy. Draken and Kashej were testing combat on new level 2 BS, and we "WERE NOT" aware of rules.
So we just killed everyone ;] until my ship was (in some way) taken from me and I was moved 25 jumps away ;) lol
Shortly after we were told about rules, and then we just were doing some combat with any other groups who wanted to kick crap out of RUS/m0o/SIN

lol you forgot to tell, while he had 50% armor he was attacked by 2 SA Battleships, and luckly one of these Battleships escaped. Other one.."b00m".

do you really think id stick around and fight a 1v1 battle only to have that person warp jam me and target jam me, and then have 4/5 rus warp in on me?
ive just logged off tranq because i was getting chased by 5 (FIVE) RUS (2 scorps, 2 armas and a dominix). u have chased me through nearly 12 systems, setup 3/4 traps where i have slipped through, and the only thing that has stopped me is the fact that u have resorted to using SENSOR BOOSTERS to CTD me
