This topic is a voting chamber for who should be moderator of the chatchannel: Minmatar.
The creator of the channel is unknown and this creates some problems for those who frequent it. These problems are mainly that Amarr players, and some Minmatar as well for that matter, sometimes find it amusing to come into our channel and hurl profanities at us for no reason. I would therefore like to ask if any of the moderators here can give creator status to whoever wins this election and those who want to run for office can post it here. Please do not reply here unless this actually matters to you.

I have something to say:
The only good moderator of minmatar is an amarr with a large bottle of vitoc.
OOC: It sucks that these people feel the need to invade the race channel simply to cause problems. A healthy debate on the rights of free minmatar not to shower perhaps , but not profanity for profanity's sake.

Would like to say that Minmatars also like to invade the 'Amarr' channel sporadically.
On the occasions this has happened I have visited the Minmatar channel and asked for the offending Minmatar to leave.
Usually the 'mature' Minmatars assist in removing the miscreant.
Likewise if an Amarr does 'invade' the Minmatar channel feel free to inform us and we will ask the offending Amarr to leave.
It is up to us to 'respect' each other's channels and to self-police in a polite but firm way.

Hardin, I am a regular visitor to the Minmatar channel and have heard of such incidents.
However, I put this to you, are you not a childish as those who invade your channel by coming into ours? It like you are saying "I'm not leaving untill they do!" Can't you sort them out on your own?
Anyway, I have never seen anyone in the minmatar channel promote invading the Amarr channel so why take it out on us? many of the people who invade your channel do not even come to our own. And many of the people in the Minmatar channel do not care for your channel either.
Now in an attempt to steer the thread back on to topic, Aran'gar gets my vote too.

Darius - I do not 'invade' your channel - I simply come on and courteously inform you that there is a Minmatar hanging round in Amarr and ask you to use your 'influence' to remove them.
This has happened on several occasions and has worked each time...
Similarly I would return the favour if one of you asked us to use our 'influence' to remove a Amarr from your channel.
Ofc its not always guaranteed - there are ****s out there!
