Just wondering if sensor boosters are still causing CTD or they've been fixed?
Or is this being done in the next patch? ============================================== "Trust no man who says to you that 'The ends justify the means' or who says that 'We will do whatever it takes...'. These men have no honour, and are fit only to be politicians."

Why would someone need to CTD a SHUTTLE to destroy them? No need to even warp scramble since they would die from 1 volley.

No, it is not fixed, but we will get a warning each few weaks until 2007 when it gets fixed.
Ah wait. I am wrong on this. 2007 is the roadmap where the fix for this bug will be mentioned. The original fix will be in 2011.
Scnr.

Must be that "uber leet" CVS system a dev mentioned in one of the last CSMs. It only allows to merge a "stable" build with bugfixes every 4 years while having a full moon and Starvos has to have a menstruation at the same time.
Maybe they should try this "diff" & "patch" thingy or the unix CVS.
Or just do a search over the source code after key words like "****", "BROKE", "PRON". Every skilled programmer I know marks possible bugs in advance with some buzz words.
Or use one Extreme Programming technique and use 2 coders to actually code a source line code, since one is obviously not able to do his job right.
I am full of good ideas and I think my little cat would fix some things faster than the EVE developers do it.
Sorry dudes, I am very upset about this particular bug and no emergency fix to this.
CCP is obviously not able to emergency fix it and to apply it to the live server or they don't care about people losing ships to this bug since months.
And yes, I have coded about 50k C source code lines in a 1,5 million C/Java source code lines project and I know how to emergency fix a bug using a congruent versioning system.
Bugs are "okay". Not fixing them is not.
