I am at the point where it will take me a month or two to optimise flying any factions BS. I can fly Cov Ops/Intys/AFs/HACs of Minmatar/Gallente/Caldari WITH specialisations in all of their ships! So equipment not withstanding and training times etc. They're all level pegged so now i have to pick a BS to kill people with.
My situation is that i'd like to go solo PvPing and on occasion Pack hunting in a lil pack. Which BS should i go for and why?
I have no intel on what i'm up against but i'm in a region where i'm likely to run up against BS/HACs/Inty squads. I'm not looking for a rambo setup which will work in just one ideal perfect scenario. I'm looking for something where i can setup for as it comes to me so i can adapt and let leash the hellstorm. I have 6 BS to choose from. Please you neeks. Tell me how to get pwning.
From just reading alot on these forums, personal intuition says a tempest fitted mid range for around 20kms for the gates and landing on HACs to Nos to hell while just burning through enemy BSs. However intys to get sorted? At that point i'm thinking 2 things. Pray not to get caught pants down by an inty while at a gate, or if i KNOW its an inty, go long and do some long range nift.
Anyone care to comment?
Tempest/Dominix/Megathron/Raven/Scorpion/typhoon(post setup too to enlighten me)

they all have their definate + and - though with good drone skills i would go gal.. simply because the domi fitted with nos is very good for pvp as is blasterthron.
Although if you like ecm go caldari :P

if you prefere a rambo-BS i'd go a blaster-thron, i think there's a setup-guide at making one somewhere around here. My friend flies one, and he's doing great in small packs and solo. he seems to *****just about anything if it comes too close, but it is a fairly risky setup in my opinion... but it's totally rambo 
but there are many sniping setups and medium setups to choose from, in my opinion all BS er cool... except amarr ones...

although it's rambo, it's also a very adaptable setup, it can do a lot more than just sit and wait... just takes some practise...

A nossing scorpion. Fit several jammers on there mixed with some other things and if you want to shield tank it throw that on too, a couple nos's and 4 cruise bays, and in your lows you can armor tank it instead of shield if you want more mid's for random stuff or load it with BCU's or PDU's. Doesn't pack a lotta punch, but its almost a win-win with the jammers.

Try a arty tempest or a raven tanker, dont have any linkses though..
