Has anyone seen any of the new Leadership Mindlinks that are supposed to be seeded into the game now? I was under the impression these would start appearing after RMR and I have yet to see a single one.
For those unsure, I am referring to the following implants:
Armored Warfare Mindlink
Information Warfare Mindlink
Siege Warfare Mindlink
Skirmish Warfare Mindlink

The npc that drops a mindlink implant is located inside a COSMOS spawned dungeon that has never been on TQ, it was made for RMR. It's in the Audesder/Kenobanala systems, on the border of the Minmatar Republic and Ammatar areas. So you have nothing to worry about, the mission that dishes it out has never been available. It's also not really COSMOS; it's a 'Cold War' sequence that is set up similar to COSMOS but isn't part of the official COSMOS constellations.
(oh yea and be warned, the mission that he's in is probably the hardest mission in the game at the moment, so don't go there thinking it will be a walk in the park :))

I appreciate the assistance. I did quite a bit of searching around and found no such post. But anyways, am I the only for whom Zrakor's quoted post made no sense to? I understand what he's saying, but there is a certain lack of a definitive answer. Also, I tend to consider the best judge of whether an item has been seeded or not to be whether or not the item has ever been sold. I'm curious if I can get some sort of confirmation that these modules weren't another RMR hopeful that didn't make the cut.

I canŠt tell you if the item exists as I havnŠt done this complex yet, the item will be worth several billion if itŠs the armor or shield version and I doubt I would sell it rather then giving it to an alliance mate.

Although this makes some sense, I don't believe that CCP intends to have these modules so unavailable. Fleet Command Ships are fairly ineffective without the implant and they will, in general, only be used by those who have the it.

Hopefully the fact that we have two threads about this will at least make someone look and see if they are dropping as intended.

Well i just got the Skirmish Warfare Mindlink that gives some 50% bonuses to
skirmish warfare skill and module, also +15% to gang speed. I got the implant
from an important lvl 4 mission working for Ammatar Fleet. If ne1 is interested in
buying it send me an eve mail and maybe we can work something out.
