Ok so I was one of the lucky people that had their account hacked 8 days ago. I filed a petition as soon as I found out, got a reply from a GM saying thankyou and they were looking into it. Since then I have received nothing.All my isk was transferred to another Char, who I managed to contact and they reported that they had been hacked as well and all the isk transferred to his account was then transferred to a 2 day old player. All of this information I added to my Petition, but still am non the wiser as to how my account was hacked and when I will get my isk back.
So back to my title, can I have my Isk back plz.

wait a few more days
then speak with your money, if they dont fix it leave for a month or more. kick them where it hurts, the wallet

I wonder how many more people are affected by having their accounts hacked and have not received the Isk back yet?

From what I've seen, most people had their ISK back within a day or two.
There are 10 sorts of people in the world - those who understand binary, and those who do not. |

I was hacked and had my isk returned within an hour ...
Mind you, it wasn't transferred twice, it was only transfered directly from me to a one day old character.
The GM's did a great job for me ... I hope yours is sorted soon.

I'm in the same boat, although I got stung early tuesday morning. I'm normally a patient guy but I got a carrier to pay for in a few days and I doubt the builders will hold onto it for long since theres a growing que of customers. I understand the GM's are busy with all this going on but I haven't had any human contact with anyone yet which would go a long way to reassuring me that I've not been forgotten.

THis is the forum where members of the community discuss general stuff
Petitions are done via the ingame petition system or the aska question button on the right hand side of this site .
This may explain why you have not received a satisfactory answer yet

I was hacked, had all my isk transferred, blah, blah blah....
The important thing is CCP had replaced the isk about an hour after I petitioned.

I wasn't expecting an answer to my petition on the forums I was trying to highlight what I believe is an excess amount of time for this type of petition. To put it into perspective my account was hacked and ALL the Isk on the char (bar 100k) was transferred out.
Because of the password changes etc that happened a few days earlier (And yes I changed my password to a different one but was still hacked)I believe that this is a problem either with the data to CCP or at CCP. I have played Eve for over 2 1/2 years with this char and this is the first time this has happened. Rant/Rave call it what you want but after hearing people say that they got their money back after 1 hr then I think this is unacceptable and the forums are the only place to highlight this to the Eve community.

I constantly fail to understand why posts like these are made on the forums. There's nothing we can do about it, so why not just petition.
The petition queue has been pretty long for the last few weeks, but rest assured you'll get a reponse eventually. Posting here won't speed it up.

No, it doesn't. This is the forums, you'll find no customer service here. You need to petition this in game, or email [email protected]. These forums are not a place to get in game customer service or access to GMs from. Neither is the Help Channel in game.

I am not after an answer for my petition in the forums.... I have already stated this. What I was trying to find out was how long others have had to wait with similar problems. After the useful posts that some have put in here I now know that I need to re submit my petition because I should have been looking at hours and not 8 days for a reply. Many thanks for the constructive posts, I now think a lock is in order.

Am I the only one that understands, that he quoted himself, saying that he already made a ingame petition and then asked the person who told him to file such a petition: "Does this not constitute a petition", whereby he refers to his petition, not his forum post?

I wonder how many people have tried to take advantage of the situation and transfered the money themselves and are trying to double their isk by claiming they were hack'd.
Not saying you are Devlin...but you got me thinking some people may try.
Well, whoever they are who did this....Make them pay CCP

This really sucks. That's a crappy incident. Just send them a little gentle pressure every now and then, make sure it's constant.
