what skill do you need to start an alliance and what benefits is there from starting one rather than joining one thanks.

empire control level 5 is the skill you need and I thinkits 2 billion isk now (could still be 1 bil) the benfits of starting your own is obviously you can dicatate how the alliance is run, of course you have to get crops to join and follow how your running the alliance that is the hard part.

ALt posting lvl 3
Whining lvl 4
Smack talking lvl 2
are usualy the basic skills needed
