(dont look at implants, 4 jump clones, one focused for golem, low-grade crystal for shield, hardwarings for maximum torpedo damage..)
Can fly:
 Perfect trained Golem for L4 missions (marodeurs lvl5),
perfect torpedos for maximum damage
perfect trained shields for maximum tank
perfect targeting for 10 targets (enough for tractoring/salvaging in battle, t2 tractors, t2 salvagers)
more than 20 galente agents, 4 caldari agents in galente space for faction standings balancing in one region
Tengu for pvp action:
All subs lvl5, perfect trained shields for maximum tank
Heavy assault missiles lvl5
Heavy missiles lvl5
Guided missile precision lvl5
Missile Bombardment lvl5
Missile Launcher Operation lvl5
Missile Projection lvl5
Rapid Launch lvl5
Target Navigation Prediction lvl5
Warhead Upgrades lvl5
(10mil.sp in missiles)
Rattlesnake:
for passive drone action, 3mil.sp in drones,
perfect tank with perfect shield
Bombers (focused for torpedos):
Manticore, Purifier, Nemesis
Viator (t2 covert transport):
for safe and fast deliveries
Covert op scouts with good scanning skills, 7 hours of train to sit in Falcon.

PLEX'es reverse reddemed, but shows "You have 0 Pilot License Extension (PLEX)"..
