I'm doing Security missions for the Caldari Navy at the moment, just for money. But it gives me something to do while I train my skills up.
What's the best LP at which to accept offers to get the best ISK:time ratio? Obviously I'd love to crawl up to the hundreds and thousands of LP needed to get a Navy Raven, but for the time you put in the rewards don't seem all that great. Not unless you're a collector, anyway, but then you'd probably be better off making ISK some other way and buying one in an auction. 
Should I be aiming at 15K implants? Skill books? 30K implants?

A common question. Currently the best place to stop is the skillbooks at 15k, or the 200klp navy (ship) offer. There's also a 4 run at 800k, which is equally good.

Is the Navy Raven only available through missions for Caldari Navy agents? Or will a similar agent, such as Home Guard, eventually offer one as well?

Is there a list of missions that offer navy reward ships anywhere? I would love to focus my efforts on getting those ships.

Generally factions give their corresponding ships. IE you would not see minmatar navy stabbers given by caldari agents.
All faction agents of a specific faction give the same LP rewards, but not the same mission bonuses.

Actually Roti. I should have done some looking myself before I asked.
There is a sticky post at the top of this forum that gives just about all the faction ship information you could want.

They seriously need to change the reward system so we can pick what we want from a list. I'm sick of doing missions and possibly having to stop at various points in case I pass by some potentially interesting rewards.
