must have 20 mil skill points
must have a BS able to use T2 guns
having your own capital ship would be good (both carriers and dreads acceptable)
must not be afraid to use warp cores.
must be OK with being called a noob, because thats all we are.
must accept that even though your BS is nice sometimes frigs are what is needed to get the job done
some past PvP experience would be good but not required
must be active for at least a few hours a day

Here at rome, we are more than a corp. We are a family. When Hundreds of enemies come to camp us for hours and hours with a 74 hour nonstop bubble camp in our station, we log onto ventrillo, our voice chat shoftware, and play other games. We have known each other for a long time, and are quite alot of fun to hang out with. If your interested, but dont have 20m skillpoints, just mail me and im sure we can fit you in somewhere. Emperor isnt good with encouraging words so thats why his post seems harsh.

I had the pleasure of flying with ROME in Stain and they are very good at what they do. Nice chaps aswell :)

Although it goes along with most of the requirements you have set, I think you need to add a few more criteria for consideration.
Something along the lines of:
Some experience operating outside the confines of empire is highly desireable
You must be willing to listen and take some direction (We're sure your freakin uber, prove it to us with actions not words (listen you might actually learn something))
Independence is very important (we don't mind helping out the new guy or the inexperienced, but we're not gonna want to hold your hand 24/7 forever (we dont swing that way) Be able to take care of yourself to some extent)
If you can handle those as well send a convo or eve-mail our way.
