I have reinstalled eve 3 times today, been able to log on with one account each time but the other one says that i havent connected to the internet even though im logged in with the other account and sitting in jita.
I have spent all day just trying to get it working and am fed up with it. this is rediculous. why pay for something that wont work.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get both accounts working at the same time like they did yesturday then go ahead and post. for those that will ask, both are active paying accounts. |

there is a forum that might help you called: "Issues, workarounds and localization"
Im guessing this thread will be moved there automatically but you might want to proactively seek assistance in that forum since this seems a somewhat time critical issue.

The problem is in your end, logging in multiple accounts works fine for everyone else.
Seriously,we won't be bringing back the old unique ships for events. We might give other stuff away that is interesting, but no Guardian Vexor, Opux Luxury Yacht, Fedthron, Impoc, SIR, etc, etc.-á |

I've had that before, but for me it was a matter of repeatedly exiting the launcher and restarting until it would finally recognize the connection. My problem wasn't firewalls, but did you try it with yours off?

The fix is to start up via the evexefile in the bin folder, not via the launcher.

When i get this, i have to unplug my modem and after it reconnected to my provider
the issue is gone.

i tried that and it did nothing for me. and forgive me for posting in the wrong area i was a wee bit tired at the time of posting
