It looks like the proxy have rolled over and died...
I was thinking the proxy here at work had blocked it but i'm sort of happy to see that it's a CCP issue and not a local issue.
CCP fix this A.S.A.P!!!

I managed to get to the forums - through having a look at the properties of the page that eve-character manager brings up when connecting in safe mode.
in 12 hours.....
sure - it says when it was posted, but fails to qualify that with a timezone.
So - I'll make this post - it's the only way to determine when we can start bugging "the technicians" at CPP to say "you still haven't got it going - wtf? - did you forget to pay the 2 yearly subscription on you Domain Name Registration?... lol

Very peculiar. Mine hasn't been working for the past few days, and now it works fine.
My IE is corrupted/haxxored. Firefox is fine tho.

Hasn't worked for me all week, at work or at home. Almost sounds like someone forgot to turn off a temporary DDoS filter.
Edit: I'm in the Washington, DC area if that helps pinpoint the problem.

It has been like this for about a month or more for me - i assumed that it was my works firewall *****ing down etc. :) - i learned to get around it by avoiding the main www.eve-online.com page and using a few of thedirect links i have to the forums.
Also using refresh etc seems to work with a little patience. You can post as well only it doesnt seem to do anything. Once you click post just click back and refresh the forum youll see your post then. Very weird. I made the mistake of doing the biggest multi post every when i got annoyed that it wouldnt post and clicked the post button (alot)
Hope its fixed soon - can be very frustrating.

Can access the site via my connection at work, but cant view pictures, cant access the site at all from home, although i can get on the forums....
