Rolschau > anyway... because some jerk today... (it is soon 5 am) will turn on the smoke alarm all over the place and then go inside our room to check.. then I will stay up and not get a shock while sleeping and die.... I will be playing eve untill the jerk shows up

I've been pretty happy with CCP's progress addressing issues. I'm sure they're doing the best they can. At least my emails to CCP and the GM's get answered by humans. Its been four months since I quit playing Earth and Beyond and I'm STILL trying to cancel my account with them. I finally had to change it to an expired credit card number so they couldn't charge me anymore. You call them to cancel and you get a "high call volume call later" message that hangs up on you afterwards. It amounts to theft in my book.

Sooner they lock it the better.
Have you bug reported all your problems?
Have you gone to ideas forum and posted ideas on how to improve things?
Or are you just whining because you're having a bad day?

This is how it work.
In the Eula, that you accept everytime you log in. You will find out that EVE does not take responsibility for anything at all. Not even that the software will not harm your computer.
You want to play you pay. You don't want to pay, you don't play. You can not expect anything to be what you want. This is what you get. If you buy it or not, it is really up to you.
I am not on CCP's side actually. I too think it was launched prematurely. And I understand where you are comming from.
But the above is the crude facts you, and everyone else, has to live with

Lol about this Manic Miner joke.
Seriously Eve is greatly improving in my opinoin.The latest pacth brought some stability problems,but im sure they will fix it soon.
Anyway I think that most things are going the right direction even if little slow..
I may not be in heaven ,but im satisfied with Eve .

I just find it extremely annoying that the game was far more enjoyable when I played it in beta. Not because it was free, but because I expected all the game crippling bugs. Today is the 4th time I've lost a cruiser to server instability. The first time it happened I petitioned and was informed in no uncertain terms that it was my computer that was unstable. Well, it's been 4 months and still the game CTD's 8-15 times a session. And I agree, CCP seem to be addressing quite alot of issues, but the issue with server instability is a rather major 1. I wreally couldn't give a rats rectum if Mr. Joe Bloggs can hit me for a wrecking hit of 800 with a medium projectile weapon, or if Miner_Jim01 get's his heiny blown off every hour by m0o_pirate_clone12. Fix the real issues now, and worry about game balancing when the game is actually playable. Whenever I've lost a ship to PCs I've never complained. But when I lose 4 moas to server instability, and a scorpion because CCP are too lazy to code mines properly, I get extremely frustrated. And the worst part is I was stupid enough to prepay for 6 months prescription, so I'm stuck playing EVE till that runs out and I can affod to go back to EQ or start playing SWG, or I just wait till WoW comes out.

I rarely have any problems except for the occasional rubber-banding and what not.
