"The reason is simple, this is a computer game, we come here to get away from the real world. Racism or racially offensive discussions has no place in this game or on these forums."
On several occasions in the last month I've run afoul of blatantly racist anti-amarrian players, several of which are members of anti-amarrian corps dedicated to pure racism against players who picked the amarr archtypes.
I'm assuming your new anti-racism policy applies and I can petition these people under harasment in the future?
Could you give me a rundown and guidelines on what a to include in such a petition to make it as easy as possible for CS to address this issue?

In-game racism like you Amarrian filth or you Caldari corporate hoe is OK. Out of game racism like all macro-miners are from Asia, specifically China. Please ban all Chinese players from Tranquility is NOT OK.

i think ur taking the role play talk abit too far in this one there mate.
i think u should be able to tell the differents, or are you one of these people just want to pick out every fault in everything cos u got nothing better to do? |

This refers to the 'chinese farmers' threads and suchlike, i believe. Which is quite a bit different from role-played antagonism between fictional in-game factions (and which is something a sane person can easily separate from real life racism) ^^;;

Thats a word for word quote from wrangler.
IN THIS GAME.
That indicates to me that in game racism is considered the same, as it achieves the same effect as out of game racism.
Or is Wrangler really saying "CCP is a bunch of hypocrites that really doesn't give a rats ass about racism, but since these people can sue our asses were gonna make it illegal to talk about them, but its okie to be racist against groups that can't sue us"?

Wrangler is currently hijacking another beer truck for his daily supply so I will answer.
As others have correctly pointed out above, he was refering to RL racism which we are not tolerating.
Obviously this doesn't apply ingame if a Minmatar RP'er calls you a 'filthy hood wearing, banana ship flying, vitoc junkie (for example) because that is in the domain o the games story. You may then take whatever action that is proper under Amarrian law or whatever the emperor deems is an adequate punishment for such an insult.

Yes, now put it actually in context please; that is, note the paragraph preceeding it:
"But the fact is that macroers are a problem no matter where they happen to come from and their origin is nothing we need to get into on these forums. Continuing to post about asian macroers or african macroers or whatever will be considered offensive and we will simply lock, delete or edit where necessary and issue warnings and bans."
