With the difficulties for player miners and the increase of business/quota miners, coupled with the slow respawn rate of the Asteroids I give you the following Eulogy:
Friends, Minnmaters, countrymen, lend me your ears; I come to bury Mining, not to praise it. The evil that 'roids do lives after them; The good is oft refined with their Ores; So let it be with Mining. The noble Oveur Hath told you Mining was ambitious: If it were so, it was a grievous fault, And grievously hath Miners answer'd it. Here, under leave of Oveur and the rest - For Oveur is an honourable man; So are they all, all honourable men - Come I to speak at Miner's funeral. He was my friend, faithful and just to me: But Oveur says he was ambitious; And Oveur is an honourable man. He hath brought many captives home to Amarr Whose ransoms did the general coffers fill: Did this in Miners seem ambitious? When that the poor have cried, Miners hath wept: Ambition should be made of sterner stuff: Yet Oveur says they were ambitious; And Oveur is an honourable man. You all did see that on the EdenGate I thrice presented him a kingly crown, Which he did thrice refuse: was this ambition? Yet Oveur says he was ambitious; And, sure, he is an honourable man. I speak not to disprove what Oveur spoke, But here I am to speak what I do know. You all did love him once, not without cause: What cause withholds you then, to mourn for him? O judgment! thou art fled to brutish beasts, And men have lost their reason. Bear with me; My heart is in the coffin there with the Miners, And I must pause till it come back to me.

Quote: This story shall the good pilot teach his son, And Crispin. Crispin shall ne'er go by from this day to the ending of the universe. But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we gang of miners. For he today that strips a belt with me shall be my brother...
