This is a serious issue.
As someone who monitors four chat channels for changes, I am fed up to the back teeth with having to constantly resize the chat window, in order to get the text to align itself and become readable.
Please make this fix a priority. Thank you.

While your at it please make it show the full chat name and number of people in the channel on mouse over on the tab. Having 10+ channels open makes it damn hard to find the one your looking for.

While we are at it:
why does it take 1+ year for the icon on the top left to NOT draw over the chat text !!!

I am usually patient with bugs, and not really bothered by some, but when i can't freaking read, that IS annoying!
Everytime i open one of the many chat windows i have, the text is jubbled up to the left, 2-3 words per line and then breaks to next line.
It really is annoying. Bugs are bugs, i can deal with that. But when it is this annoying, this is too much

Very annoying. Only fix I've found is going from chat windows with pics to without. Have to do that maybe every 20 mins.

If you click on the text size buttons it realigns the text, even if you just click on the size you're already in.
But it is annoying.

Yeah but the point is it shouldn't happen in the first place 
This is a seriously annoying bug.. and I have also had other bugs with the chat, and all of them go away using the "text only" option.. so no portraits or anything. Now... this would be fine, but I don't like using this mode, it makes it less easy to read.
CCP, fix it.. PLEASE!

Lag is a problem like poverty in society. It will always be there to some degree - all you can do is minimalise it.
Lag also doesn't affect all players all the time, unlike the chat channnel bug, which is also entirely fixable I suspect.
In other words, this issue could be resolved right away and people would be a lot happier.

It is annoying, free bump trying to get Dev's attention.
Even though i am sure they are aware of it and probably trying to fix it in next update patch.
