Now I know this thread will be locked soon, but I would like to express my discontent towords the actions of the GM's and CCP.
A corp member of mine was banned from the game for suspected isk purchase, which was actually payment for corporation services. This member "Phron" was banned for a week. He took being banned and was almost up on his week's banning and today found out he was banned forever from the game with no reason. I would like to know first off how you can ban someone without proof of doing something wrong and then to tell them it was for a week and turn it to forever. How many other players have they acussed without proof and just banned them anyway. The GM's in this game work their butts off for us on most occasions, but when it comes to actions like this it makes me wonder if I were to get a huge some of isk put in my wallet for the services my corporation provides, will I get banned as well and are the GM's going to reimburse the isk that they took from my corporation member that they CLAIM was from isk purchase. I doubt it.....sometimes you guys make me sick. This is the reason why there are so many filing the class action suite against CCP for being banned and not being reimbursed for their fee's...yes what they are doing (as far as US laws are concerned) is illegal and if you haven't been told yet there is a class action suite being filed by many eve players who have been banned from the game for the same reason. I hope CCP comes to some sort of realization that they need to dig a little deeper before making accusations and find hard FACTS before banning players from the game. That is part of the job of being a GM, not just going "well he got a lot of isk dropped in his wallet...let's ban him because we think it was from buying isk on ebay"

what's more important is :
If you were using Credit Card, CCP will KEEP CHARGING YOUR MONTH FEE even you get banned.
A person showed me the screen shot from his subscription details, he got banned forever at June/2005, but CCP still get money from him every month.

They probably got some proof in that case, because players transfer large sums of isk each day without 'obvious' reasons e.g. if someone should buy something in empire for you or between different accounts. Never heard that people got banned for that.
But I don't think that you get the answer here.

Isn't that illegal? CCP could get sued for major damages for pulling a stunt like that (even if unintentional)

Something along denial of service, most the credit card company would do is get the money back, the suing part isnt a smart idea for one customer.
Any customer that allows it to go on doesn't deserve the card.
