One of the tech2 production compounds you can use to create construction componenets is ferrofluid. Real world ferrofluid is a pretty wacky liquid compound which is highly reactive to magnetic fields. Check out some of the totally unreal stuff a couple of japanese folks have done with the stuff: Linkage Check the video out. If you have a newer hard drive, that's what the fluid bearings are :) If you want to get to play with about 32 Oz. of the stuff in person check out this if it comes to your town. Oh and you can buy some here about 2/3 of the way down the page. Listed as Magna View. They also sell heavy water and DU, lol.
