Actully it shouldnt be that hard to beat, do consider this is a 1 week old stat check I do to see how things are comming along.
To date I've maxed at a Critical hit of 780.5 at a range of 36km on a 30K Isk pirate. Anyone hit harder then me?

Let me guess, Rupture with 5 of the balanced stabilisers and all the gunnery skills at 4 plus gunnery at 5 :-)

This is with no extra stabilisers or damage mods, just fitted to my rifter to include skills. usually hitting NPC terrorists for 40-50 average at around 10-15km. They easy guys go down in 2 or 3 shots :)

I think a Tempest after the patch will do more dmg, considering it has 6 low now and it gives bonus to ROF and DMG... So you could do reckless damage with that ship nowadays...
