FOCUSED PvE Combat with minimal wasted SP Shield OR Armour Comps V (both is better) BS V Large Guns Specialization Strong drone skills Strong Support skills Energy Grid Upgrades V Advanced Spaceship Command V (would be nice) A million or so Unallocated SP (would be nice) I will also consider Caldari /Amarr/ Gallente pilots if skills are comparable. Must have amazing faction standings Must have Pos wallet. Good Sec status (Neg considered if not too low). Remap would be nice. Resculpt would be nice. NO INDUSTRY/ INVENTION/ PI PILOTS PLEASE!! (Shouting to make sure everyone can hear me ) Budget - 25 bil Let me state again..It MUST have a decent name. None of your XxnamexX or douchebag1234 characters are wanted Awesome skills are not enough.

No wasted skill points except the Mining Level 2 that damn CCP gave me. I don't have any standing because my master is training me for Null Sec. I have one neural remap available now. No bonus remaps. No Re-Sculpt Three clones in highsec, this clone has a few +5 attribute implants. Not sure what to ask for isk wise because my master has big plans for me. But if price is worth it, I can talk him into letting me go. No re-sellers need to respond, because your offer will not be good enough for my master. Contact me by eve mail with offer.
