I really think the damage mod stacking nerf hit the "supasekret l33t AC tempy setups" really hard. This probably means you need company on your side versus the Raven, unless you get a fool stoopid enough to sit there outside of warp jamming range and spar with you until he pops.

Ive flyed my AC pest against ravens on many ocasions and havent lost, once, ever. The tempest takes 80%-85% damage from torps, cause of it low sig and cruises dont cut in DPS. Also tempest deals more DPS with AC's by miles
