Hello,
If i were to estimate id go with around 10-13 bil maybe, depending if you find the right buyer or not. Cap management 4 will draw it back a bit. Also you advertise caldari/gallente cruiser 5 but you lack any of the tier 2 weaponry for cruisers for those factions, as well as good shield skills for caldari ( shield mang, shield com, shield op.) On the bright side it has good gunnery skills for Amarr ships, and also for the small gallente, caldari ships. Targeting skills are also a good bonus as they are really boring to do :D. Well thats my imput but then again i might be wrong and you find a buyer for 14 bil or you wont get more than 10 bil for it. Best way to check what people think is to put it up for sale with just a starting bid say something you want as a minimum. Good luck with the char. |

Poster above summed it up pretty good.
Some buyers are willing to pay little extra for decent name so id say you easily could get 13b. |
