It takes 20 cap every 30 seconds, while also giving a bonus of 1.16% to turret max range and 1.35% to turret tracking. Fitting takes 35 cpu and 1 powergrid

t2 tracking computer is 1.15% max range, tracking speed is 1.3% and the shadow serpentis is 1.16% and tracking speed bonus is 1.35%
