it does have a neural remap with a bonus remap so 2 there, but gall standings is at -4 with diplo 4. |

Should i understand that this character has to have his evemail blocked because of some reason ? Not interested in it if so. |

good idea when you're selling a char :)
no, i mean usually this is done by people who are heavily spammed for something they did - something like robbing an alliance. I do not need a character that did such things - it means trouble. Hopefully this isnt the case.

ok, i tried sending a message from another character that is not on this account and is not a contact of this account and it worked fine. I am not blocked for any reason that I am aware of, and have not experienced this issue.
There must be some glitch going on.
If you want to back out of the deal I am more than happy to send the isk back once i can get on the eve client this afternoon/evening. |
