What's more insulting, being pirated, or being pirated say in a crucifier? 
so which ships have you guys pirated in that were crap--which ships did you kill in versus maybe ransom with?

I'll never forget my third day as a pirate. Executioner with nothing more than two dual pulses, warp scrambler, and three nanofiber internal structures (pre-RMR).
Nailed an Omen and destroyed him when he refused to pay the ransom. Poor sob couldn't hit me and his drones didn't last long. 30k ship taking out a 5m ship. I hope it stung hard for him.

For awhile I pirated in a catalyst. It was very effective. Biggest thing I was able to take down solo was a brutix (pre RMR).
If you want a really good story, psyborg actually killed a logged off raven in his rifter. The raven was doing like 500+m/s and got out of range of the tempest and flew away with a smartbomb on. He managed to fly in and out of range of the smartbomb as it cycled and slowly killed it. Amazing kill tbh.

I think the worst I pirated in was an Velator. When I was in TRS, we all went out in noob ships with T2 guns on them. I think we killed a cruiser or something.

The Executioner is a great pirate ship, fast, cheap and can be effective with not many skills.
This thread has one of the highest cluelessness quotients in these forums.
Any newbie wanting to be a pirate would be best to ignore it.

Badger mark II
The idea was to let ceptors attack me, then use the 6 medslots to web, scramble and jam the ceptor. On high slot i had a blaster and a nos. It did not work - nobody wanted to attack my hauler for more than 3 hours - this was in Syndicate with G/Norad alliance traffic. I went bored and stopped it.

Rifter in Gemini patch when I didnt have the skills for mapc.
It used to have 2 turrets, not 3 and Im sure it only had 2 med slots too. Used to pop indys in the vale and die alot

Killed an apoc in scalding pass or smth (deep curse) in my crow back in the SA / CA days.
Tanked a thron that was dual webbing me for 10+ mins in a wolf until Copeland came in a prophecy and helped me finish him.
Killed a hawk in a t1 fitted incursus
And prolly more such kills back when I used to buy t1 frigs in hlw by the dozen and fk around in curse 23/7.
Note that along with those kills I got stories of silly shiplosses that could fill a "worst shiplosses?" thread

I'm flying through Kubinen in said shuttle, en route to get to a ship I have in Tuuriainas. Some little carebear in local goes "any pirates on the gate to empire?" - I reply with "Yes, me! Give me 10 million or I'll find you and kill you!"

In a former life I once took down a rupture using a punisher. This was during the first eve patch(castor I think?), when missiles still owned everything so it was very risky.
On the brighter side, it started a huge war when they demanded an apology from my corp. The war lasted a long time and was great fun. :)

i killed a covetor with a mammoth in high sec.
i took his can, he tried killing me with light drones, i blew them up with my smartbombs. i scrambled and webbed him, blew him up with smartbombs and looted 2 nice iceminers

Mammoth with 4x PDU¦s II, Web, Disruptor, Inv. Field, Shield Amp and a Medium t2 Shield Booster. Some t2 gun and a nos/smartbomb :)
Should give you around 500-600 shields with decent shield regen and good tanking abilitys... :)

I've killed a few merlins/kestrels in an executioner, the ship with 1mn ab can do around 1k/s, hard to hit thats for sure :) had a webber and 2 ****ty 75mm scout rails, if u can get close enough say 2k they have problems hitting

I almost took down a freighter in a rifter...ran out of ammo though :(
But the rifter is a good ship, so that's not really a good example.
I once took down an amarr assault frigate in a griffin...that was cool.

My Pre-RMR Punisher took out a Prophecy with full named equipment. I take no pride in it because the pilot was an absolute dolt. He was shield tanking and armor tanking it, and on top of that had no drones and claimed that my small nos sucked his cap dry.

A griffin, I was pirated by some dude called hammerhead, within my first week of playing Eve, Pod killed me at over 200kms in a stabber. Over 2.5 years ago.
