This was done while i was flying my taranis in a system named Arzi, I just wanted 2 have some fun with my friend who was in a enemy corp of mine tho (his name will not be posted).
he warped to the IX planet and began wcanning while i warped 2 the 2nd belt where 2 players were, a Covetor mining barge and a Badger mark II.
I started scrambling + webbing the covetor sent an convo invite and opened fire, i got no answer so i took down shield + armor and still no answer, seconds later the mining barge burst into flames and with a loud bang it blew up 
proceeded with scrambling + webbing the pod but still hadn't got one answer from him, in the meantime a m8 of his in a long range brutix warped in.
Seeing as i would get killed if i stayed longer i shot down the pod and second later after pod blew up the guy answered the convo so i closed it right up again (didn't want too hear the usual smack).
me and my buddy then proceeded 2 try and get some more kills which were the mining barge guys corpm8's in brutix and tempest.
Ended with my m8 loosing a Battlecruiser 
So after that we went too a safespot too w8 for our flags too drop out and while we were at it we had a nice talk with the guys in local.
When suddenly the guy that i killed started talking and saying that he is so ****ed and hates us rly much, then he tells us he lost 400 million because of me podding him, which basically made me cry cause that guy told us he had been afk in the belt(reason for no responding).
i know i wasn't rly happy cause i just lost a opportunity of ransoming the poor fella and gaining me some iskies but bcause of him afk he lost money and i lost money.

you should have made him eject :)
and it's the victim's own fault for going afk in a lowsec system.

If one of his mates came to the rescue then he wasnt afk, he just knew that if he answered he would lose cash and get podded, he was hoping that you would wait on killing him until his mate came to the rescue, you did the right thing in podding his ass, no one is afk in low sec, if they are they deserved to be capped. I never take my eyes off the screen when im in 0.4 - so in 0.1 It would be worse.
Shame you didnt pop the hauler and the brutix too

Well the guy in the hauler beside him let the other ones know he was squealing in local :o
as for killing the badger + brutix, the badger warped out as the guuys pod popped(was mainly focusing on him)
and the brutix had webbie also :) (me in blasterfitted taranis)
i lost 2.4 security standing on this whole adventure btw :P

he was in a 35mil minning barge
in 0.1
and he's afk
*note to self move to this system*
but congrats on ya first kill, wait till you see a freighter now theres some big money
and btw he wasnt afk, it's typical carebearish escuse and then smacking it's soo not cool
