Hi again, have you experienced skipping frames, slow frame rate and freezing for couple of seconds (even inside a station when brosing personal skills)...
weird is not like that all the time.... which means my comp could be fine and is up about hte server.

What is your computer setup?
It is possible you are just getting lag during peak times.

They are upgrading the server that Eve runs on and are expecting new hardware (aka YaRRRdware) in mid-February. They have indicated that some of the lag is for that reason but not all. Have a look at the Dev Blog here for explaination by Oveur one of the friendly developers at CCP.
I find if I stay out of heavily populated areas I'm fairly good. Also there is a small memory leak so restarting the client can help.

It's probably lag, but you could check to make sure all of your drivers are up to date and that you don't have any extraneous programs running in the background.

If your frame rate is low, its probably your computer.

Since the last patch, I find that sometimes the client starts consuming more and more memory after being active for quite some time. Last night, I started getting horrendous slowdowns, and looking at task manager, I found that Eve was using about 480M. It normally doesn't consume much more than 200M. In other words, if performance is really bad, hit CTRL + ALT + DEL and see if Eve is hogging resources. Restart Eve and see if things are better.
