Those who are lawyers, if I have an international copywrite placed on my name or personal body, whatever, any court in the nation cannot use evidence towards a crime Ive commited unless they have my concent? |

And even if you could, what would constitute a breech of that copyright, surely not just the use of you name.

Right, it's not like they are turning a profit due to the use of your name. Otherwise people could arbitraraly pick words as there name, copywrite, and slowly remove words from our vocabulary.

You cannot copyright just anything. With that said, the fact that you have a copyright upon your name/body (if he had) does not mean a court can't use evidence against you.
Any nation can start an investigation to find out if you have commited a crime (most likely with the aid of local law enforcement, since you can't just entrude upon citizens of amy country) as they see fit, regardless of copyrights.

International Copywrite, Key word international. hence its international law, not national itself. Also, yes you can copywrite your name, Bill Gates has done it
