Alot of people like knowing how many Caldri Gallente, Amarr, scummies.... ect there are. What about players behind them though? How far has EVE progressed since its small userbase of about 20k total where the Vast Majroity was European, mostly western Europe for that matter.
Have US players finally caught up with our Euro partners?
Do our Aussie/NZ friends contribute even a % now ( No offense to all my friends down south)
Has China started overwelming the player base yet?
What about the REDS?
I'm not sure if CCP can legally tell us this, but lets see what the playerbase has to say. Personally I've noticed a huge shift in Prime-Times from early Euro-night to late Euro/early US nighttime.

A lot of recent growth from the US is probably due to SWG and WOW disappointments.
I have noticed early morning numbers being consistently high lately.

dunno how many WoW is loosing but definatly SWG, i started into EVE after a preview of the NGE on the SWG test server. i knew SWG was going pooch screw.

Its not US players, it's North American players. There are people in Canada that play eve as well.

Judging by the corps I've been in, there's a pretty good mix of North America and Europe. I mean, it's just like Utopia, but with fewer people from Asia. And Tivoli (*spit*  ) doesn't have a corporation in Eve.

I have been playing since beta, and I live in California so the times I am on very few from Europe are on. During the first year when I played I would be on almost alone in some sectors, and the only one from my corp. I have noticed that in the last few months during the hours I am on the population has been growing. I used to be able to afk travel to 0.0, do that now and I come back to a clone.
It is good to see things begin to balance out.
