What is the best ecm and what does it cost? Anyone that has one for sale send me a ingame mail with what ecm stuff you have and the price.

You'll have to find whoever selling, don't post prices on the forums, start convo's ingame.
If you post things here, people will set that as their standard, and cut their sell/buy to about 3/4 or 3/2 of that.
(If you do things ingame only, you get some wicked deals from people who don't know the worth of their items) Which most don't.
#1 thing to remember. You only have to pay what it is worth to YOU. Doesn't matter what crazy prices they have gotten into their head from talking with somebody else.
(That's what's so good with loot, no production costs, they got it for free)

Okey enough abut those shield boosters and t the main point wht are the best ecm and what do they cost. Send me ingame mail with prices.

there are 4 main ecm types, each one works well against a particular ship type (-6) and a bit against all the others (-2). so, the best one depends on what you want to jam... there are also omni's that give -4 to all, but arent so efficent.
you can look on the market, you should be able to find all the varieties near enough you. prices will vary a bit as different pirates tend to drop different varieties.
i'd find a bit out about ecm before you try to use it

You'll want to go with stock, as they don't cost much, and the proto's for jammers aren't that much better.
If you can get protos, great, if not, then it's no problem.
Get at least 4 of each type of jammer, don't worry about the -4 to all, they are like the multi type shield hardeners, not that good.
Go for specifics, find what ship types you'll be fighting (usually apocs/armas) then fit the types, if you have all of em, doesn't matter.
If the proto's are a lot better than stock now, my bad, but i don't think they are. Just time/cap usage boost i believe.

Rares just improve fitting and cap usage, and probably give a second or two to the time.
