That's why you don't go to nullsec. It's always one of the following things:
1. hide in station, and wait for the 500-Russian Vagabond fleet to pass through
2. get blobbed by a 500-Russian Vagabond fleet
3. attempt to counter-blob the 500-Russian Vagabond fleet, which usually only ends up resulting in #2, anyway
4. your CEO yelling at everyone in Vent for not showing up to the 8th CTA fleet this week (it's only Tuesday)
5. ratting in peace and quiet until you luck out and get an officer spawn when you're the only one in corp who is logged in, then get yelled at by 80 different alliance nullbears for not calling it out in the intel channel.... then word gets back to your own CEO, who yells at you for using the intel channel for PvE bulls**t (which, if you recall, you never actually did in the first place)
6. getting bored ratting and running complexes and relic sites, so you attempt to arrange a roam... you kill 19 reds and a neutral, lost 0 fleetmembers, and haul in 3bil worth of salvage and loot to the corp hangar.... but still get yelled at by the CEO for not making sure you had express permission to head out.
7. None of this other stuff matters, anyway, because you lagged out during a fleet-on-fleet sov engagement staging and accidentally bumped the Titan out of the POS forcefield. CEO kicks you as soon as you dock, and you now have a KOS order from the whole alliance.
TL;DR = lowsec small-gang PvP is better

Carbon could never be a waste. The core system alone can be licensed and sold to other gaming companies. We use it mainly to generate a static avatar, but the potential is enormous. Even the fashion industry will use Carbon.

I like someof these ideas, probably CCP invest a lot money ansd spenta lot time to create CARBON engine, would be nice to get some extra fetures.

1. Fix hair;
2. Fix clothing artefacts;
3. Find more ways to use carbon in production because right now it's a commonly available waste with little to no real demand.
