and selling your char on ebay for cash is as well... CCP need to get one thing sorted, the player base is trying to HELP them put a stop to it. IF they don't do something then the game is badly run and CCP need to start thinking of making a game where this IS allowed or more and more people will do it.

Don't rule out the fact he might not read the EULA/Forum, could just have played the game for a while then decided its not for him and sold it on.
To be honest whilst I 100% disagree with Macroing and think they should be banned, CCP should allow people to sell their character/account if they decide to stop playing eve.
For example if a person plays eve for 1 year and spends 12 x the monthly sub, they should be at least entitled to sell the character for that ammount.
CCP's profits arent effected as player A quits, sells his account to player B who continues to pay the subscription.
That dude there is clearly not taking the **** but is just looking to get rid of an account.
CCP already charge people to transfer characters bought for isk on the forum, for a flat one of $fee. Why not change this so you can sell characters based on number of months in game (thou with measures to make sure that months/average skill point training talies) to prevent people selling 12 month old nubs with no skills.
they really should be concentrating on getting the macros banned, rather then harassing some kid looking to sell his account as he wants to move onto another game.

I don't know how many times we have to say this, but if people used common sense when posting then we wouldn't need to constantly lock these types of threads.
I'll explain again.
If you post a thread with a link to an ebay char seller, what do you think will happen if he happens to be browsing the forums one day? That's right he'll see it and change his mistake which might mean he wont get caught.
What you should do is file a exploit petition ingame with your evidence links. Posting here on the forums does nothing and only helps them to get away with it.
