Ello, obviously the chance of one of these going spare is the same as a very rare thing happening but if you find one underneath the sofa you're willing to part with I'd be very much interested.
Ideally the character will have the following skills:
Gallente Indy 5
Gallente HAC capable
Gallente BS 5
Large Railgun Specialisation
Large Hybrid 5
Heavy Drone 5
Drone Interfacing 5
Advanced Weapons Upgrades V is the other biggie.
And Capital Ships installed
With regards attributes I'd prefer high perc and int, with wil a secondary consideration.
With all this I'm expecting the character will end up being in the 30m+ SP range and I have a range of in game items to trade for, including obviously isk.

i have a 27mil sp char, less then 1 month till carrier, nice int/mem ratio wich makes him good for training drone skills. caldari char, based on gallente ships

Have bankroll necessary to complete purchase when specified, also have a large selection of items and/or a 23m sp character to trade, not that if you're leaving the game this will be of use to you

I can currently offer isk/2 x t2 bpos/over 80000 m3 of mainly named, some faction loot (your corp set for life!) or a trade for a 23m sp character, a combination of any or all of the above too.
