Looking to buy a starter character for a friend of mine who is a new player ,
Not looking to spend more than around 1bn so no 3m sp focused Tengu characters for 5 bn please 
Doesnt need anything special, just looking for the kind of character you should get out of the box instead of useless 50k sp and obligatory 3 months of training until you can even undock from station 
Any race, ships etc but does need some combat skills

costs more than 1 bil to transfer characters, might have to up your budget a little. |

I know its on the low side but I have seen a few on here today around that price range, and I will genuinely consider any toon even if its only got one or two million SP, more for someone looking to free up a character slot obviously  |

You are doing it wrong.
Seriously it costs 1.1bn in plex to transfer a character
free bump. |

appreciate the bump, but I have at least two offers now on characters for 1bn that i have found just today so they are out there
that being said, I am now looking at anything up to 2bn |
