Their ordinary residence being Syndicate, the past days have seen a large influx of Clankiller pilots into the systems of Haine and Atlulle (Essence region), with a sign being posted at the Allebin-Atlulle stargate announcing the latter as their home.
According to Clankiller pilots, their current kill ratio stands at 10:1 against local residents, who have thus far refrained from formally declaring war on the new arrivals. No doubt such inaction on their part is in an effort to see their aggressors security status reduced, and to thereby eventually restrict them in their movement through high security space.
Though it was earlier claimed by Clankiller's CEO WHOSYADADDY that the incursion was the result of their being paid to attack The Haine Foundation, sources within Syndicate suggest there may be a more practical reason for their move to empire space - namely, the increased patrols of Syndicate by Black Omega Security forces.
Moreover, the demand for 2.5 billion isk from The Haine Foundation to halt Clankiller aggression may be indicative of cashflow issues for the latter, which they are seeking to quickly resolve via extortion practices.
It remains to be seen whether or not this move by Clankillers into empire space is a permanent transition, or temporary as they claim. If the former, it is likely pilots shall see a curb in Clankillers' aggressive leanings which, while without legal repercussion in lawless space, are taken very seriously by Concord.
For The Scope, this is Exioce, signing off.

206 ClanKillers left (temporarily or not) Y9G/UTKS after Cruel Intentions either ejected them, or 206 decided that they didn't get along or want to go along with the rest of Cruel Intentions. After a moderately lengthy war with BOS and its OSS member corps, 206 left Cruel Intentions, Cruel Intentions split apart and part went to BoB space with the remaining staying behind in Reblier.
206 rarely runs the 10/10 UTKS complex anymore, and are rarely seen in their former home system of Y9G, which makes us wonder where they're making their money these days after all of those losses. Hearing the extortion demands of several billion would seem to confirm that many of them are feeling financial burn. It remains to be seen whether they are giving up their traditional home or will return to face OSS again.
In their absence, OSS has expanded and sent GoonFleet to take over Y9G and UTKS and exclude any pirate corps. All 650 GoonFleet members have moved, or are moving down from OSS homespace to Y9G, UTKS, and the near part of Solitude. We now claim this space as exclusively OSS's, and are prepared to NAP any friendly corps that wish to simply travel through to or from Solitude through Syndicate. Any non-OSS caught mining in Y9G/UTKS or running the UTKS complex without express permission from OSS or GoonFleet will be set to -10 and purged. Any neutrals that have not negotiated a NAP with GoonFleet will be shot until they do so.

Hate to break it to you guys but 206 are loaded lol I guess that's what comes of playing the game as long as most of those guys have tho. One thing I'd like to point out is that they are pirates, they don't claim space and just go where the fun is. Don't get too sure of yourselves in y9 they might just decide to return ;)
As for cruel intentions I suspect the same

Ha Ha.. claiming space in syndicate is like putting a big shoot me sign on.. then again Oss has kept lower syndicate for a while now. If u ask me why ppl go so many jumps to claim space is beyod me. I guess small alliances.. like the ones in providence and catch region like coming into local and seeing their names at the top left corner . meanwhile that system in 20+ jumps from the closest station. Not to mention the hassle and the expence of putting up pos's and keeping them fueled and defending the area. I do have to hand it to black omega. Thats what i call good busines. It also keeps a grin on my face knowing that if i ever get bored fighting in other places i can always come back to syndicate and.. LOOK at all the targets...

Goonfleet is hoping to work closely with TCC as their goals and Goonfleet's goals in the region seem well-suited to cooperation. Negotiations are ongoing. It's unfortunate that political circumstance precludes a similar arrangement with GalKo. Best of luck to your pilots.

Goonfleet make me laugh.
What are you guys up to now ? 600 members or so ? Cant help but wonder how many alts you guys are infested with.
Can't talk for my friends in 206, but CI are busy with their new war vs ASCN.
Also, need we again bring up you not very secret corp meeting where you openely talked about taking y9g and your plans for the future.
I have listened to at least 3 different recordings of that meeting already btw.

I'll look into setting up a newsletter to circulate to diehard Goonfleet fans such as yourself. I wouldn't listen to a recording of that meeting all the way through once, but I suppose being on the losing side of a war will make you scramble for every advantage you can find.

I'm sorry - is that what I think it is? Ryan Seacrest Fanboism? You guys are so good at unintentional comedy, it kills me every time. There is always comedy gold in any Goon posts. It's a shame we lost the war and are out of ships - it was fun having all our T2 ships blown up by your shuttles and Reapers. I'm not sure what to do with myself now that I only have this pod. Being on the losing side is painful, oh so painful ...
As for 206, I'm sure the Iraqi Information Minister formerly known as Remedial had it spot on: "They're not even [within] 100 jumps [of Y9G]. They are not in any place. They hold no place in Syndicate. This is an illusion ... they are trying to sell to the others an illusion."

Just to clairify the situation with the 206.
1.) We left CI in order to form our own alliance as can be seen under my avatar.
2.) We never claimed anything in Syndicate because to do so would only invite stagnation and a lack of fun for everyone.
3.) The war with The Haine Foundation was something that had been planned for about 2 months now. (Unfinished business)
4.) Losing the war to GF? Yeah, ok. Whatever makes you feel better. :)
Those are the basics.
On a side not I can guarentee that you never got any of your "info" from a ClanKiller member or a former member. We are very tight knit and I can assure you that none of us would relay any sort of info to people outside of our happy little corp.
As for the Haine War, there are no terms of surrender. There never has been nor will there ever be. It's basically a long sorted history between my old corp, which merged with 206, and the Haine members.
Y9G, well what can I say? You're there and we're not. It'll be alot nicer having you so close to us. Traveling sucks. Rest assured that we are still around and there will be plenty of bloodshed along the way. Wether it be yours or ours has yet to be determined.
Goonfleet; where would they be without BOS and SUPRM backing them up in Syndicate? Furthermore, where would BOS and SUPRM be if they didn't have a 600 man meatshield to throw at everyone that came their way? (Actually I do know. They wouldn't be in Syndicate, that's for sure)
All in all Syndicate is still a free for all no matter what spin GF, BOS or the OSS try and put on it. If you can actually lock down the area and be successful then I congratulate you on a job well done as no one else has been able to accomplish this to date. And there have been bigger and better that have tried and failed. We'll see what the future holds for Syndicate.
If there are going to be some sort of official word from 206 then you'll hear it from me and not some nobody in the Scope that thinks they know what they're talking about.
Clearly the propaganda has begun. It's now just a matter of wether or not I can actually be arsed with it.
Ride on and good luck in the future. I'm sure we'll see you soon.
