Which one should I get? The APOC is almost double the price, is it worth it? The Armageddon has no launcher points though... What do people think?

Apoc for NPCing/Mining/Sniping
Arma for large fleets/small gank squads

Geddon for PvP/Fleet/Gank
Apocalypse for NPC/Mining/Fleet/Pvp
Geddon has a gun bonus. Apocalypse doesn't. Both good ships. Just a matter of what you do most. If you NPC and PVP equaly. Then get a Apocalypse. If you just pvp in a corp with friends. Then get a Geddon for more gun support. If you want one of the best tanks in the game get a Apocaplyse.
Simple enough :p

apoc is a tier 2 bs where the geddon is a tier 1 bs. all races have this devide. the tier 2 is basically tougher and costs alot more to produce mineral wise.

This is a common thing through all the races. It's to do with Tier's.
For instance, the Armageddon, is a Tier 1 battleship. It costs less minerals, but has less powergrid/cpu, less armour.. etc etc.
The Apocalypse, is a Tier 2 battleship. It costs more minerals to build, but has more powergrid/cpu, more armour.. etc.
However, unlike other games, this does not mean that one is better than the other. The Armageddon is a very good ship for PvP due to being cheaper, and having bonuses to its guns. The Apoc however, is a very good tank.. one of the best in the game in fact. This works very well for NPCing, low sec mining, and PvP or course.
With PvP, it does less damage, but has one more gun slot (or indeed two launcher slots) and is more effective in a fleet battle due to having a 4th med slot, and more powergrid to fit Tachyons, for long range. Close range small fleets, its difficult to decide between the two perhaps. You could use the Apoc's uber tank, or you could hope to not get shot so much but do more damage in your geddon.
Tank or Gank my friend, it's the Amarr way.

Alright, I think I'm gonna go with the Geddon.... Cheaper, and has gun bonus.
