Ive been playing eve for over 2 years now and I decided its time for a fresh start. I dont want to leave eve but I also dont want to keep playing like im playing now, Broke and with a bad reputation.
My idea is to Auction my character on eves auctions for a 2-3 billion isk and then buy A lower character thats only worth 1-1.5 billion isk , Leaving my repuation behind me, gaining a new experience, and importantly ending up with atleast 500 mil to 1 billion isk in my wallet.
My character has 16.5 + Million SP and and im hoping to get a lot for him.
My questions are the following:
How much does it cost to transfer the character to someone elses account once they win the auction for it?
How do I make sure everything works out ( I dont get scammed or do anything that breaches the Eula).
And mainly Im not sure how much my character is worth
I dont want to do this half @ssed evern though thats how I usualy do things.
I got a link to my PC thread here and hoping maybe people can look at it and tell me how much the character is worth.

You should deal with it ingame with any interested ppl, that way ccp will have logs of everything you have agreed upon and should 1 of you try any funny stuff and scam the other... PWND! I think.

your chari sworth around 1.6bn given 100mil per 1mil sp, you could probably get more if you are highly specialized in one given area.
Do the deal via the forums first then ratify it ingame.

I am highly specialized in Missiles, can fly Hac's, galante now caldari just neeeds about 16 days of training i think.
Can use tech 2 small guns very well.
Got a few learning skils at advanced.

I have just done a similar thing. Except I started a brand new Noob pilot (this one). Dont go for buying another. Make a brand new one like me. I am having great fun with 2.5 billion ISK! Train up up to cybernetics lvl one whack in a few hundred mill in implants and away you go!
And remember to think hard about what new experience you want and specialise specialise specialise
*edit* My Char had 20 mill skill points and although I miss him I am having loads of fun with my new char.

I have ****ed off allot of peeps,
I have bad rep with allot of peeps,
How do I fix the situation?
Oh, I know, I will put my character on a Public Auction, I will try to sell him.
Perhaps, even to fix the problem further, I will sell the character to one of my other accounts - who is to say it wasnt sold? And then, boom, a clean slate! I have sold the character, it is no longer "me" as people know "me" - the EternalDragon has been sold and thus "Under New management". At least it can make a small dent in my lousy rep.... Maybe things will get better! YAY
I dunno mate, after seeing some of your posts, and then talking to some peeps who knew you running about. I put very little faith into authenticity of your chaarcter sale. Oh, and since I cant say that in the "SALE" part - I will jutst voice my suspicions here

Dude, you want 500 million to 1 billion isk for you toon...
Start a new account. Make a toon. Find a rich player or even Corp. Make sure they are well known. Have them publicly buy your toon for 500 million to 1 billion isk.
Upside for them: They get a highly skilled toon to add to their fleet.
Upside for you: You get the 500 million to 1 billion isk and a clean slate.
Everyone knows Eternaldragon is under new management.
I dont know you, but from what I have seen here, you have very little leverage and asking a huge sum will get you laughed at (well it already has). Sell cheap, what you really want is the clean slate.

Do you have any idea of how many people probably petitioned saying i bought this character off ebay or something.
I can prove im the same person BECAUSE of the credit card history.
My fathers name is on the credit card for over 2.5 years now since the account was started.

No I meant you need to find someone well known (person or corp) to publicly buy your toon, so that once the sale is complete everyone knows its been sold, thus under new management.
The eventual buyer is getting the skill points and the reputation. While the toon has great value skill point wise, you must remember that the person or corp is taking the reputation off of your hands.

You didnt understand what she said, but you damn sure got defensive :D she said an upside of selling your char publicly would that everyone would know the char was under new management.

Dude, no, someone else needs to say that for you. There is already a post (number 9) that expresses doubt in your integrity.
To really pull this off you will need someones help. Someone to state in the forums that they are buying your toon. You are going to need someones help.
And dont go flying around in the toon that recieved the isk. Everyone will know that name.

Well tbh, if you do start with a new charactor. You might want to consider not whinning on the forums about problems that you can easily solve your self. Or for that matter, whine about certain game mechanics that have been here since the begining, and have easy, safe work arounds.
Take the above as a flame if you wish. But honestly, everytime I see you name on the fourms, I expect to here anouther ***** about something. Somthing, that the rest of eve has been able to solve them selves, with out ask that the game mechanics be changed to suit there own needs.
Continue as you are, and in a couple mounths, you'll have a differant charactor, who is treated as bad or worse then your current one, but with less skill points.

ED, I dont know of any charachter in eve that is more reviled by more people that you.
This is what happens when you cheat, scam, steal, lie, and generally treat people poorly.
The corp all had a good laugh the time you posted all the Escrow scams with your main........you did not even have the good sense to set the Escrows with an alt.
I took a quick alliance vote and IMP all agreed to keep EternalDragon KOS no matter who is paying for it....the boys just cant get enough of your corpses

Tank CEO, Digitalcommunist, SirMolle, Foyle, and EternalDragon make my personal "top 5 favorite corpses to have in my hanger and play with" list.
For different ressons though.....TankCEO killed my first BS. I just enjoy fighting Digitalcommunist and SirMolle and fighting what they stand for. With Foyle its personal and she knows why. But ED is a special case......I feel he owes me all those precious hours back that I spent attempting to train him. Repeating myself over and over and over, then watch him inexplicably do the exact opposite.....anyone that has spent time with ED knows exactly what I mean. So I guess its personal with ED too, but I dont hate him.....mostly I just feel sorry for him.

You're basically a cheating, scamming, forum trolling lying cretin using daddys credit card to inflict himself on the EVE community and it's come back to bite you on the arse.

If you really wanted to make a new start, you'd have just done it and shut-up about it, not trolled the forum a bit more. No-one cared when you leftÖ eve on more than one occasion, no-one cares that you're back and no-one cares that your trying to "start again"
too little, too late. your ED character is damaged goods.
You evidently have some sort of mental inbalance in real life and, as has been mentioned before, starting over will just create another annoying forum w***3 with issues but fewer skillpoints.
Actually, that'd be a good thing... always good having low SP characters on your KOS list  |

Everytime i try to reform My reputation catches up with me and people knock me down to the ground and when I retaliate Im the "bad guy"

You can get away with a helluva lot more crap in game than you can on the forums!
**** someone off in game and you get put on KOS lists, war decced or smacktalked.
**** LOTS of people off on a forum publically viewable to over 70,000 players so that the whole EVE community can see you for what you are, and you've thrown away 2+ years of subscription fees
And I dont even know you ingame, just from your forum trolling

And X racer, Im sorry our friendship ended like it did but its been a year. Believe it or not am learning a little and am trying to make a honest player out of myself.
Theres an old simple saying, You pee'd in you bed now lay in it.
It means you made a mess for yourself now deal with it.
Ive been dealing with it constantly for over 1 year now isnt that punishment enough?
