Only interested in the money, or would a trade + money be interesting for you? (or pure trade)
And will he come with anything? ISK, ships, etc. Seeing as he has that low a security rating buying stuff can be a pain if he comes with a shuttle ;)
And as the previous poster said: Any implants?

no he would not come with anything, but I've got an order on a vagabond, I can haul to him when I get it with a full fit.

and what about trades? Only cold, hard ISK, or are they of interest if they are the right kind? (characters, ships)
