Just a fun idea that each alliance can buy 1 or two empire stations that they can run like outposts. Just for a bit fun while flying around. Can also be a recruitment hub for them.

theyre the only reason its used

I am all for it. Only thing is if it is un-killable then it is a perfect system where if alliance is at war they can tight and milk the opponent. I was thinking of an idea where Corps and Alliances can build a station in a .5-.8 - a real station/ a real outpost and where they can comepte with Empires for prices and services - and also I am a proponent of "mini-outposts" where individual players and small corps can build similar structures for their personal use.

Haha yeah they should get naming rights for that station at least, the amount of traffic they bring there

There's a system in Aridia named Naga. Niyabainen <-> Naga trade, anyone? :p

Sounds like a great idea, right up until strong pirate groups would buy control of a station in a 0.4 system and turn it into a no-mans land.
I'm all for Naga having a certain station. I have it BMed as 'Naga Shop' already.

Also, how about people being able to pay NPC to utterly kill off alliances?
