I'm selling an old character of mine. It hasn't been used in 6 months, has 2.5m SP, has no affiliations or buddies, has a positive security status, can fly a ferox and was specialized in Missile Launcher Operation (1.5m SP).
Since I'll be paying for the transfer I'll be starting the bid at 200m.

Is there a rule about retracting bids? In that case I will withdraw my retraction.

As far as I know there is no official rule that states that you can't retract a bid. It is however bad etiquette to do so as you could potentially rob the auctioneer of money, or cause the auction winner to pay more then he would have otherwise. Although I frown upon bid retractions I won't hold it against you should you choose to keep your bid retracted.

Fair enough. It happened to me several times and although I also thought it was annoying, I have always seen it as part of an auction.
250 mil is my bid.
