The problem is not with the leadership of the Republic, but rather with the Republic itself.
Built as it is upon tribal bigotry and a hatred of God, its foundations are fundamentally weak, and it is destined to fail no matter which ape is in charge.
Feel free to carry on bickering amongst yourselves though, for it will only hasten your demise.

Of all my fights freeing my people, I never thought I would see the day where our own leaders turned their back on their own people of their Republic. We fight to bring them to that freedom that they are squandering
Am I mad? No I am furious.
According to your own traditions, your current leaders are the ones with the right voluvals for the job.
Since their voluvals are clearly better than yours, shouldn't you accept their lead?
Or are you saying that your system of caste tattoos is in fact a crock of faeces?

Originally by: Elsebeth Rhiannon Amarr, in case you really are that stupid and not just wanting to annoy us, the intepretation of voluval tattoos are not that straight-forward. They give an indication of a person's fate, but fate ofter works in mysterious ways, and what is taken to mean one thing originally can in fact turn out to be something different in the course of one's life.
The Ray of Matar does not say "make this person the prime minister"; it says the person is destined to something great among and for our people. Sometimes great things come only after great suffering and hardships, and sometimes they are not recognized at the time of their bloom.
But certain marks exclude their bearers from high office, do they not?

That is correct.
Then we can conclude that only certain marks are allowed to attain high office, and that those in high office bear those marks.

And as for the Amarrians who spittle over this thread in apparent joy. Pathetic children.
I believe that the "children" comment has already been used in this discussion.
Anyway, believe me when I say that it gives me no joy to see the beginnings of a civil war in the Republic. All it will do is kill millions of potential slaves and leave an even bigger mess for the Empire to clean up.
