Right now I can train 1 skill at a time, is there a skill set I can learn that allows me to train 2 or more at a time as I progress?

Train your learning skills and you'll train quicker, but there is no skill for more than one skill at a time.

learning skills, but i wouldnt advise going too heavy until you make your character at least viable enough to tie you over so you can make some money and have some fun.
cause u could easily spend 2 months training learnign skills. http://miniprofile.xfire.com/bg/bg/type/2/photojerk.png Maximum sig size is 400*120 and 24,000 bytes - Teblin |

Trit is life! :) It's the most commonly used mineral in virtualy every item. It's also sadly the cheapest, and least likely to get you massive amounts of Quafe or ISK.
If you have low refining skills I'd stick to mining Scordite (Massive is best) than sell that raw.
Once you have around a Refining III you can start to make more ISK by refining and selling minerals from things you mine. -- Lil Miner |

I'd try to get into an industrial ASAP. Then you can start refining the ore and selling that. Even with no refining skill, it makes way more than as ore. The key is the cargo capacity. You can hold so much tritanium that you become rich even though the price is low. My brain is not wired for the real. |
