But with all the supporting skills trained to V the training time towards being a top notch amarr recon pilot is very short
EVE-mon shows that will the current attribute mapping and current lvl IV learning attributes you'd have
By December 8th you CAN train : Amarr Cruiser V , T2 Laser beam specialization to IV, and T2 Puls Laser IV
-- already trained: all 6 basic gunnery skills at V ! (gunnery, controlled bursts, rapid fire, sharpshooter, surgical strike, trajectory analysis)
- Recon V - already trained
Curse and Pilgrim - awesome if you choose in about 6 weeks !
CTCP is also a great minmi carrier and dread pilot - super good, can inject titan -

91.8 Million SP comes with lots of Vs across the board vital to any pvp fitting / performance (awu v, etc)
