Ok, first off, I'm Amarr and I didn't feel like waiting for cruiser III to get the Maeller and I wanted to play with drones, thus the Omen....
Here's my setup which maxes out CPU and leaves room in the PG which is new for me for sure...
High slots....
2xHeavy Pulse Laser I
2xFocused Modal Pulse Lasers
(both of these with Gamma M crystals)
1xMalkuth Assault Missile launcher
w/bloodclaw's
Med Slots
10MN AB
2xCap Recharger I
Low Slots
2x400mm rolled tungsten
Stamped Heat sink
Heat Sink I
Small Automated I Carapace Restoration (armor repairer)
Ok, so clearly I'm armor tanking and short range weapons....
Currently I'm boosting up my secondary gunnery skills....
I have roughly 600K skill points so don't bother suggesting tech II weapons or anything tech II for that matter....
I was wondering how you all thought this would far PVP vs. NPC?

Dont take it into PvP is my advice, im sure it works ok for NPCing though, try bringing som more types of crystals to be able to vary damage/range, if the target is close, change to closerange crystals and do max damage e.t.c. Try to get a medium armor reparer and some armor hardners if you are doing missions with it.

If you are really looking to play with Drones, I think the Arbitrator (or somesuch) is the Amarr Drone Ship. But I have no idea if it's any good at it.
You may want to look into Resistance Plating (energized or otherwise) as opposed to 2x Armor Plate. May help you fit the Medium Armor Repairer instead of the Small.
Also, a Capacitor Power Relay (low slot) is a bit more effective than a Recharger (mid slot) as I recall and would let you fit a Webber to make Frigs easier to take down.
