Some of the new COSMOS agents do not conform in terms of their level and quality vs. standing requirements.
Please, either change their level/quality or at least give a message that states what the minimum standing requirements is.
In general, I think an indication of why a COSMOS agent won't give you any work would be very useful. This should be clear from the agent's response. In particular , it should be clear, whether:
1) you need higher standing. Message e.g.: 'You need at least a faction/corp standing of x to talk to this agent.'
2) you have already completed the storyline mission. Message e.g.: You have performed formidably for me in the past and I have no further tasks for you. (not everyone keeps a log of their missions)
3) Other requirement. Message e.g.: "Please talk to agent x and see if he has work for you, and come back once you're done." (This is indeed spelled out at times; but some people claim there are some hidden requirments such as having to work COSMOS agents in a certain order or needing an item in cargo, etc.)
4) Temporarily Disabled. Message e.g.: "I have no work for you at this point; please come back later." (Some agents have not accepted me one day, but they have done so the next day, whilst I have not run any missions in between; thus, it seems, they just don't feel like giving you a job one day even if you satisfy all the requirements)
COSMOS is great; some more clarity in the agent's reponse would take out some unnecessary frustration and make it even more fun!

There are 3 new agents in Barkrik that say they are lvl1. But even with a 8.8 standing to Minmatar Republic only one will talk to me.

Cosmos imo is a great idea, just some things need alittle more clarification. I have 3 lvl 1 agents in Jolia, that every day I talk to them all and basically get fobbed off. A msg giving alittle more info on the reason would be greatly appreciated.

just coz the agent is in te minmatar COSMOS constellation doesn't mean they are all minmatar agents.
iirc there are some sisters of eve and thukker agents there and minmatar standings will not help you with them.

The agents in question are in all four cosmos agents.
They show up as lvl 1 and are normally by a system jump gate.
These agents normally require a standing of 9+ to be able to use them and give Faction ship BPC's as rewards.

petitioning them usually results in GMs telling you the requirements. but finding them out easier would be nice
