I paid the fee. All I had to do was put 1 isk in a special account every time Orc A showed his "unique" diplomatic skills on the forums, and that covered the MC's fee. With change.

I know of two clients of MC. Niether were the obvious party. Further, the MC contract against IMP? in which everyone thought the 5 were the clients (including me as a 5 member) was later confermed untrue, as in 5 were not MC clients at the time.
Goes to show you that it not always who you think it is.

Doubt it's ISS, if anything they could use their services later to protect their operations. At this time I can't see why would ISS spend money on MC. It's too early in the conflict.
