Right you will need some amazing skills, but you should already have them assuming your a not so new player.
Hi's = 3 Nos, biggest gun you can fit with range (to agro NPCs) and i just put 2 tractor beams in the last 2 slots, for loot grabbing
Meds = 5 cap recharger 1's
Lo's = 2 tech 2 large reppers and 3 hardners (2 hardners for main damage that npc does, and 1 hardner for the 2nd highest damage the npc does) but it depends on what your resis look like and ofcourse 2 cap relays. You are basically trying to hit the high 70's and 80's mark with your primary and secondary resists.
Reppers will go forever, so just leave them on and focus your attention on the battle.
Now, if your ******* rich:
Hi's = same
Meds = 5 cap recharge 2's
Lo's = 2 large reppers (True Sansha, Core-x whatever) 4 tech 2 armor hardners (or 3 armor hardners and 1 passive multi resist one) and ONE cap relay.
With the tech 2 cap recahrgers, you shouldn't need 2 cap relays, but it depends on your cap skills ofcourse. Now both setups run on the assumption that you want to keep the alrge reppers going forever.

Cap injectors are fantastic for PVP tanking when you need the mid slots for other goodies, but I do find there are fitting issues on a Domi when you have Heavy Nos setup, Cap Injector, and 2 LAR's. You have to play with it a bit, it wants lots of powergrid.

So how do you get a can full of charges where you need them in the first place?
Cap injectors are fine for PvP, but for PvE? Forget it. --

You drop them at warp in point with an indy. If it gets blown up, fine - some charges will stay there in a loot can :)
And med slots are useful for pve too. Sensor boosters to lock those frigs, webbers to web them, and other stuff.
As of the fitting - well I fit 3 nos and 1 injector all right, maybe 2 nos for 2 large reps. That's enough considering the fact that npc cap runs out eventually, and that you have the cap charges anyways.
